Octopus Salad

1lb Cooked/Chopped Octopus
3T extra virgin olive oil
1T lemon juice
1 small carrot (chopped )
1/4 small onion ( diced )
1 stalk of Celery ( chopped )
Pinch of salt and pepper
Pinch of oregano

Mix all ingredients and serve.
